Violet-Green Swallow
I spent about an hour this morning observing and getting these shots. My Dad researched the characteristics of this bird and we think it is a Violet-Green Swallow. -Adam
We rarely have lightning in Western Washington, and it took me a while to figure out how to get my camera set, but I managed to get one great shot before it was over! -Adam
A couple of birds have made their home just off our doorstep in some old bird houses we have there. They have chicks and you can hear them chirping when the parents bring food. It took a while to get a good shot of one of these guys, but I got it this morning.
These are my Grandmother Leahy's favorite flowers, the purple ones transplanted from her yard many years ago, they are thriving at my parents home in Kennewick. -Adam
